The Pastry chef is responsible for production of the highest quality products, supervising the staff in efficient manner, strive to keep overtime to a minimum and maintain hygiene and safety standards as per company guidelines. Create a departmental culture of motivation, team spirit and creativity. Qualifications: Essential: At least 2 years previous experience as a Pastry chef within a five star property. Ability to converse fluently in English both vebally and written. Strong knowledge of Microsoft word and excel programs. Completion of commercial Pastry course. Desired: International experience within a five star hotel as Pastry Chef.
