Must possess strong culinary skills in both hot and cold preparations. Ensure the quality preparation of all menu items. Must understand the fundamentals of food and labor cost controls. Ensure the proper handling / storage of all food items in accordance with hotel standards and sanitation/health regulations. Experience: Must have 3 years experience in 4 or 5 Star hotel. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Education: Culinary qualification preferred. Lifting required.
